MANAGER – ENVIRONMENTAL AIR & NOISE PERMITTING AND REPORTING (expired)

PINCHIN ENVIRONMENTAL Kingston/Ottawa ON Canada

QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for several professionals who can manage and grow our Environmental Air & Noise Permitting and Reporting services in {Kingston and Ottawa}. The selected candidates will possess sound knowledge of the Environmental Protection Act, the relevant regulations under the Act, and MOE policies and procedures. You must be familiar with the Certificate of Approval Air & Noise permitting process, federal and provincial environmental reporting (e.g. NPRI, Reg. 127, etc.), and have a proven track record in consulting.

The ideal candidate will have a professional engineering degree and be licensed by Professional Engineers Ontario or have 10 years proven CofA permitting and reporting experience and a proven track record in consulting. You must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well as a team member and as a mentor.

This position may require work related travel. Therefore, a valid driver’s license, insurance & personal vehicle is required (work-related travel expenses will be compensated).

The selected candidates will be expected to service existing clients and develop new business. A primary role will be to hire and develop new staff business opportunities with marketing and technical support, particularly in modeling and noise, provided by head office in Mississauga to ensure we continue to deliver a high quality product and provide exceptional service. You will be responsible for the day to day management of your service area including budgeting and financial performance.
